There are a number of ways to become an organ and tissue donor but the best and easiest way to register as a donor is to sign up online at www.DonateLifeNewEngland.org.

f you wish to indicate your consent to donate using a donor card, please fill out our request form and we will mail a card to you. When you receive your donor card, fill it out, sign it, and keep it with you.
